1、ignore指有意忽视、不理睬。如：

Forgetting one or two small details is one thing, but neglecting the major responsibilities of your job is something else again.

忘记一两个细节是一回事，可是忽视你工作的主要职责又是另一回事了。

2、neglect指因不留心或遗忘而疏忽，有时也指故意不予注意。如：

Don't neglect to lock the door when you leave.

你离开时，不要忘记锁门。
