pick up it 和 pick it up 的区别在于pick up it 是错误的。

英语里常用pick it up，宾语是代词的时候放在介词前。如果宾语是名词的时候放在介词前或后都可以。如：

其实是一样的，但英语习惯上都是pick it up，pick ***/sth up这样用法，例如

He went to the airport to pick me up yesterday (他昨天去机场接我)。
